PICK & PLACE ROBOT :

Multiple axis robot (linear & rotary axis) with application based control is provided for pick & place robot. Movement of robotic arm is either linear or rotary. Main trolley is mounted on single / multiple columns as per axis designs. Precise guide – ways are used for linear axis trolley. Electrical motor such as stepper / servo for accurate & precise positioning is used. Flex-duty cables & drag chain is used for various linear axis. The speed (cycle time) & positional accuracy is achieved in this system. Interfacing of machines by various interlocks.
